Terms & Conditions

Customers - Please ensure your contact details (including your email address and phone number) are correct. This ensures that you receive a prompt response. We can not always correct a fault in an email address as it is not always obvious.

Orders and emails are printed off every weekday morning, not on weekends. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or Friday afternoon, your order will not be attended to until Monday.

All orders will be confirmed and freight amount advised before shipping or payment. If you order online via the website, delivery cost and delivery method (Post or Express) will be calculated and itemised in your order before processing for payment.

Orders with direct deposit payment method, will receive our bank details via email once items have been confirmed in stock. The order confirmation email will not contain bank details. Do not deposit funds into our account until you receive an email confirming your order including our bank details.

We strive to offer 100% satisfaction. In order to achieve this we request all the information supplied is as accurate as possible. We require the brand, model, capacity and year of your motorcycle(s) along with any modifications.

We offer 100% satisfaction or a refund on most items subject to the following:

  • goods must be in brand new condition and cannot be used or fitted.
  • all packaging must not be damaged or destroyed.
  • all brackets and fittings must be returned with the goods.
  • occasionally a product you request to be specially ordered in specifically for you may not be returnable. We will make the purchaser fully aware of any such item, prior to the purchase.
  • in the event of receiving the incorrect item, we will exchange or refund the price of the goods and any freight to or from our premises. However, if purchaser would like to exchange an item, we will only exchange to the value of the item itself, not the postage costs.

In the event of an item being “faulty” or “not fit for the purpose”, please advise by phone or email info@botanymc.com and we will ensure the quickest solution possible.

All orders will be confirmed before shipping.

All items must be paid for (and confirmed) before shipping.

 

When a customer believes the wrong product was supplied:

 The customer/BMC dealer must contact us within 1-2 working days.

 The part must be returned to our store for consideration for any viable refund.

 If the part has been customised by the customer, BMC dealer, builder or mechanic prior to return. It is no longer in consideration for any refund & no refund  will be considered.

 If the part supplied is the wrong part at our fault, it must be returned to us in the same condition as it was shipped out at from our store for consideration for  refund.

 If the part appears damaged when the customer receives it, the driver or post office must be notified immediately at that point in time on pick up/delivery.

 If the item can be returned via Australia Post the customer must ship the item back via Australia Post.

 If the item is too big to be sent via Australia Post we will assist with arrangements for the return within 1 - 6 weeks.

 If the part when returned is the wrong part issued, we will provide a refund on the expense for the delivery.

 If the correct part is available in stock we will make a correction & ship the correct part at its listed price.

 If the part is not available in stock we will then provide a refund for the part that was sent to the customer.

Personal information:

It is our usual practice to collect personal information directly from you.

All credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption

Credit Card Ordering

www.botanymc.com Botany MotorCycles accepts Visa & Mastercard payments via Westpac bank hosted E-Gate. All credit card information is entered directly into Wesptac’s system and we do not have access to these numbers. There is the facility for Visa Verified and Mastercard Secure to ensure the safest payments possible.

Credit card transactions will be processed immediately and in the event of any out-of-stock items, you will be informed within 2 business days. In the event you wish to purchase an item without a price, the order will be emailed to our administration staff who will advise the pricing and complete the order.

In stock goods will be shipped within 2 business days.

Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer

Direct Deposit
An order can be paid for at any Westpac branch around the country. If this is the preferred option we will email a deposit slip to take to the nearest Westpac branch. We can only accept cash, money order or eftpos with this method. Sorry no credit cards. We cannot confirm the funds until the next working day.
Bank Transfer
Can be either a transfer from your bank or via “internet banking”. We will provide a reference number. We cannot confirm the funds until the next working day.
Cheque/Money Order
Once the order is confirmed and finalised, we will advise a total amount which can be paid for using this method.
Personal Cheque
If using this method we will need to wait for clearance from the bank, up to 7 days.
Bank Cheque
We will send the goods immediately upon receipt of the cheque.
Money Order
Goods can be sent on receipt of the money order.

International Orders

All international orders must be paid for by “WIRE TRANSFER” before sending.

We will confirm method of freight required and advise freight amounts. All bank fees for wire transfer must be paid by the purchaser. We will provide all bank details with confirmation of the order. All goods must be paid for in Australian Dollars. Goods cannot be shipped until funds are confirmed to be in our account. An order number will be used as reference.

We can send goods overseas GST exempt. Goods must be shipped directly out of the country from our premises. To work out a price without GST, simply multiply the current retail price in A$ by 0.909 eg a price of A$49.95 including GST is equal to A$45.41 excluding GST. (49.95 multiplied by 0.909 = 45.41).
