Why are your prices cheaper? are the parts good quality?

The parts you purchase are the same quality as if you were to receive them from a supplier in the USA. Our parts are cheaper as this is the service we aim to provide through 57 years combined shipping & logistics experience.

Is purchasing Online safe from your website?

Our website is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

What is the quickest way to get an enquiry answered?

Providing a "SKU no." for the product & Using our email contact form is the most efficient way to receiving a quick response . We return all email enquires within 24 hours. We also provide an Online chat feature, which allows you to chat with an assistant as you shop if they are online, or a variety of social media functions eg. facebook.

Do you provide technical information on fitting parts?

We provide only the information that we receive for the products from the supplier. For our stocked items this can be viewed in the description for each product. Should you require any technical information, visit our Australian Motorcycle dealers which can be viewed on our dealer location page.

Do you have a shop front?

We are an Online Store. We have a warehouse facility in Sydney that distributes anywhere in Australia by Courier, Australia Post & bigger items are picked up & delivered to your door step through an external Trucking Company.

Do you provide tracking information?

We provide tracking information on all orders apart from standard Australia post, as they don't provide a tracking number.

Can we receive our items quicker?

For in-stock items, we provide express post services & courier for metropolitan Sydney. From dispatch our items generally take 1-5 weeks depending on your location in Australia. Time frame on custom orders from the USA is dependant on stock availability.

Where do your parts come from?

Our parts are supplied from the USA. The companies that we supply from have been distributing through the USA for many Years. In some cases since the 60's, and have a very high reputation in the USA.

Can we order directly from the suppliers ourselves?

You are able to in some cases, but their are a lot of hidden factors regarding price, time frame & availability of stock when it comes to importing goods to Australia. The service we provide allows you to purchase items in an affordable manor from our suppliers. We have a close working relationship with them & aim to provide the most efficient time frame for importing motorcycle products.

Do you provide warranties?

If the product has a warranty listed in the description, we provide the warranty for that item based on the time frame indicated in the description. All warranty checks must be shipped to an off site Mechanic in Sydney to be assessed.

Are you motorcycle mechanics?

No. We provide a service for importing products in an efficient manor at the best price.
